Full Motion Detection

Changes in Server:

- Added detection for large screen changes which leads to a different grab logic (decreases load on server)
- Improved adb logic to add reverse tcp port faster and detect existing connections which lead to port in use when server was restarted

Changes in Client:

- drawing logic had issues on ios (but since ios version is not available to public anyways ... whatever)
